Winter session of Bagmati State Assembly prorogued

KATHMANDU: Today’s cabinet meeting of the Bagmati State has decided to prorogue winter session of the Bagmati State Assembly.

Ganga Narayan Shrestha, spokesperson for the Bagmati State administration and Minister for Economic Affairs and Law, said the cabinet meeting took the decision to this effect

The meeting voted to grant approval in principle for the creation of a draft bill linked to official language of state government matters.

Furthermore, the State administration has agreed to grant approval in principle for the creation of a bill linked to the functioning of the Young Scientist Fund, according to Spokesperson Shrestha.
