5th AGM of NIC Asia Laghubitta, 14.75 percent dividend passed
The Assembly approved a proposal to pay a cash dividend (including tax purposes) to shareholders at a rate of 14.75 percent of their paid-up capital.
KATHMANDU: The fifth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NIC Asia Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NICLBSL) concluded today (Sunday).
The Assembly approved a proposal to pay a cash dividend (including tax purposes) to shareholders at a rate of 14.75 percent of their paid-up capital.
Similarly, the assembly approved the report of the company’s board of directors for the fiscal year 2078/79, the annual financial statement (the balance sheet for the end of Ashad2079, the profit and loss account for the fiscal year 2078/79, and the cash flow statement for the same period, including the schedules related to the annual financial statement).
The company has completed five years of operation and claims to have made a significant contribution to the microfinance market.
Currently, the corporation operates 287 branch offices in 74 districts around the country.
