KATHMANDU: Siddhartha Bank provided 5 lakh 12 thousand five hundred rupees to Nepal Eye Hospital in Tripureshwor, Kathmandu, for eye surgery.

On behalf of the bank, Ajay Singh Bhandari, Head of Tripureshwar Circle Office, handed over the money to Dr. Gopal Prasad Pokharel, President of Nepal Eye Hospital.

According to reports, the financial aid money would be utilized by Nepal Eye Hospital to identify and treat cataract patients in distant locations such as Kaverapalanchowk, Dhading, Nuwakot, and Rasuwa.

The bank believes that this assistance will help to improve the eyesight of individuals who have been unable to have cataract treatment due to financial constraints.

The bank, which has been involved in a variety of social activities, expects to continue to prioritize these efforts in the coming days.
