Mbappe hits twice to power PSG closer to Ligue 1 title

KATHMANDU: Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), which is leading the French League One, won thanks to two goals from French star Kylian Mbappe.

PSG defeated Angers 2-1 to increase their chances of winning the championship. Sada Thiouv scored for the host team Angers.

With this victory, PSG’s lead has increased to 75 points from 32 games.

PSG sits 11 points behind second-placed Marseille. Marseille has 64 points despite having played one fewer game.

With 14 points, defeated Angers is at the bottom.
