President Poudel’s treatment begins at AIIMS Hospital in India

KATHMANDU: President Ram Chandra Poudel’s treatment has started at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi, India.

He was taken to India on Wednesday morning by Shree Airlines Air Ambulance.

He has now been taken to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) and treatment has been started.

Poudel was transferred to India for additional treatment after family members and doctors claimed that there had been no substantial improvement after receiving therapy in Nepal.

President Poudel was suffering from a chest illness.

President Poudel has a private doctor Dr. Niraj Bam, family members and a team of 7 doctors.
