KATHMANDU: Speaking at the zero hour of the House of Representatives meeting, the members of the House of Representatives drew the attention of the government to the current issues.

Bikram Pandey, a member of the House of Representatives, grabbed the attention of the administration when he spoke at zero time in the House of Representatives meeting on Tuesday, claiming that fertilizers were not delivered to farmers on time.
