KATHMANDU: President Ram Chandra Poudel has not returned the vehicle he acquired as former speaker from the Parliament Secretariat.
He already has the facilities that the president gets after becoming the incumbent president.
He has been using the double facility for 40 days as there is no legal requirement to return the vehicle facility within seven days of the president being elected and the legislature being abolished.
