KATHMANDU: Suman Acharya has been appointed as Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited’s Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
The bank has appointed Acharya as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, effective today, Sunday, April 16.
The authorized Acharya has more than 22 years of work experience by being involved in senior management in various departments of numerous commercial banks and performing a leadership role after receiving higher education up to MVA from Tribhuvan University.
In 1999, he received the Krishna Chandra Regmi Award for outstanding thesis writing after graduating from Tribhuvan University in MBA in Central Department (Management), Kirtipur topper and second in university level.
He began his banking career as a management trainee at Nepal Credit and Karmas Bank Limited in 2000, and he also served as Chair, Director, and Chief Executive Officer of Civil Capital Market Limited.
He has held positions of responsibility in several banks and financial organizations, including Chief Loan Officer and Assistant General Manager of the old Civil Bank Limited.
Lumbini Bikas Bank is expected to advance further as a result of his efficient job expertise.
