COVID-19: 99 infected, 50 recoveries

KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) has stated that 99 more persons have been infected with COVID-19 in the previous 24 hours across the country.

According to statistics given by the ministry on Sunday afternoon, 99 people have been proven to be infected with the COVID-19 after examining 1,604 samples.

COVID-19 infection was confirmed in 50 patients using 336 PCR testing and 1,240 antigen tests in 49 people, according to the ministry.

In addition, the country has 377 active infected people.

Furthermore, in the last 24 hours, 50 patients have been recovered from COVID-19 infection.
