Harka’s warning to prohibit MPs, Balen wrote – ‘That’s the way to do it’

KATHMANDU: Harka Sampang Rai, the mayor of Dharan Sub-Metropolitan City, has warned the parliamentarians of prohibition.

He has warned through social media that the plan to bring Koshi water to Dharan will prohibit the parliamentarians in Dharan if the budget is not met.

He warned that it will be prohibited by placing the board in the three corners. ‘If the project to bring Koshi water is not included in this year’s budget, honorable MPs will be banned from Dharan! Balen Shah, the Mayor of Kathmandu, also welcomed Harka’s expression. Shah has said in his status, ‘Full support, this is what to be done.’
