TVS launches new youthful Marine Blue colour for TVS NTORQ 125 Race Edition

KATHMANDU: TVS Motor Company, a prominent company of two-wheelers and three-wheelers in the world, today announced the launch of a new Marine Blue colour for TVS NTORQ 125 Race Edition. The exciting new color will be available alongside the popular Race Edition Red & Yellow color, which has been highly embraced and adored by Generation Z throughout the years.

The TVS NTORQ 125 Race Edition’s new striking Marine Blue color, along with colorful chequered flag race-inspired graphics, creates a distinct style statement and adds significant newness to the scooter. The unusual three tone combination of black, metallic black and metallic blue offers the impression of being indisputably different and stick out from the rest to the rider.

Inspired by the design of a stealth aircraft, the TVS NTORQ 125 Race Edition has a crisp, aggressive flair with a characteristic LED tail and headlamp. The special ‘Race Edition’ badge on the scooter further underlines the TVS Racing lineage. The stylish stub muffler, textured floorboard and diamond cut alloy wheels further ratchet up the style factor of the scooter.

The TVS NTORQ 125 Race Edition includes TVS SmartXonnectTM, which allows the user to link his or her smartphone to the scooter and unlock a slew of smart connected functions. These can be accessed via a completely digital instrument cluster with over 60 functions.

TVS NTORQ 125 Race Edition is powered by a 124.8 cc, single-cylinder, 4-stroke, 3-valve, air-cooled SOHC, fuel injected engine, that churns out a maximum power output of 6.9 kW@7,000rpm / 9.38 PS @7,000 rpm and a peak torque of 10.5 Nm@5,500 rpm. The Race Edition boasts of a 95 kmph top speed and accelerates from 0-60 kmph in just 9 seconds.

Key features such as the pass by switch, dual side steering lock, parking brake, and engine stop switch improve the scooter’s convenience. In addition, the TVS NTORQ 125 Race Edition includes external gasoline fill, USB charger, a big 20-litre underseat storage and TVS proprietary EZ centre stand.
