RSP meeting to take a decision on Dhaka Kumar case begins

KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) meeting has begun. The meeting began at the RSP parliamentary party’s central office in Basundhara, according to Santosh Pariyar, chief whip.
A meeting will be convened today to decide whether to take action in the issue of Dhaka Kumar Shrestha, an RSP member who is implicated in the 20 million case with medical practitioner Durga Prasai.
Shrestha has also designated Basundhara as the meeting’s central office.
Similarly, the party’s head, Rabi Lamichhane, has skipped the election campaign in Chitwan for the meeting.
Shrestha, who said that the audio of the conversation with Prasai was not his, was also taken by the investigation committee of the RSP on Tuesday. It is said that action will be taken against him in today’s meeting.
