Himalayan Bank launches ATM at Spinal Injury Rehabilitation Centre
During a ceremony commemorating the Spinal Injury Rehabilitation Center's 21st anniversary, Banepa Municipality Mayor Shanti Ratna Shakya, Himalayan Bank Chair Prachanda Bahadur Shrestha, and Chair of Spinal Injury Rehabilitation Center Dr. Shanta Dixit inaugurated the bank's ATM.
KATHMANDU: Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL) has installed the first wheelchair-accessible disability friendly ATM at Sanga’s Spinal Injury Rehabilitation Center. With the premise that banking facilities should be accessible to everyone, the bank established the ATM at that site with the goal of being a bank for all and providing banking services to all.
During a ceremony commemorating the Spinal Injury Rehabilitation Center’s 21st anniversary, Banepa Municipality Mayor Shanti Ratna Shakya, Himalayan Bank Chair Prachanda Bahadur Shrestha, and Chair of Spinal Injury Rehabilitation Center Dr. Shanta Dixit inaugurated the bank’s ATM.
The ceremony was also attended by the bank’s CEO, Ashok Shamsher JB Rana, as well as other high-ranking personnel from the bank and the organization.
