One seriously injured in a city bus hit in Pokhara’s New Road

KATHMANDU: One person was seriously injured when a city bus hit Pokhara’s New Road.

Suraj Thakali, 45, of Srijan Chowk, was injured when a microbus numbered Ga 1 Ja 4540 collided with a scooter numbered Ga 5 Pa 94.

The injured Thakali is being treated at Manipal Teaching Hospital.

Following the accident, locals attempted to vandalize the bus. The situation has been taken over by the police.

Buses have been running erratically and torturing other vehicles for a long time. The police have been unable to handle it.
