In Pics: ‘Euta Sapanako Awasan’ in Mandala Theatre

KATHMANDU: The play ‘Yuta Sapanako Awasan,’ conceived and directed by Anup Baral, is currently being staged at the Mandala Theatre in New Baneshwor, Thapagaun.
Biplav Prateek, a poet and lyricist, adapted the play ‘Yuta Sapnako Avasan’ for the Nepali context.
It is a Nepali adaptation of Arthur Miller’s world-known play ‘Death of a Salesman,’ which was written 80 years ago.
The play accurately depicts the ups and downs of a middle-class father’s dreams for his children and family.
The drama starring Diya Maskey, Roy Deep, Divya Dev, Bikash Joshi, Menuka Pradhan, Shekhar Chapagain etc. has been produced by Go Win Productions in collaboration with Actors Studio and Mandala Theatre.
Nhyoo Bajracharya has directed the music in this play, which is produced by Govinda Parajuli.
The play, which is staged every day except Monday at 5:15 pm, will be staged at Mandala Theater till April 23.
The theatre said that the 2 hours and 45 minutes long play will be staged on Saturday at 1 pm.
