PM submits a draft of the Minimum Common Program to coalition

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ submitted the draft of the government’s minimum common program at the meeting of the 10-party alliance.

According to Ghanshyam Bhusal, General Secretary of CPN-S, who attended the meeting, the coalition meeting will be held again on Wednesday after discussing the draft among its parties.
The leader of Nepali Congress, Ramesh Lekhak, who participated in the meeting, also said that the draft of the minimum common program of the government has been submitted for discussion and only after its discussion, the council of ministers will be complete.
Only after the minimum common program was discussed, the matter of expanding the cabinet was raised in the 10-party alliance. It is understood that the Prime Minister submitted the draft for that reason.
