KATHMANDU: The Kathmandu Metropolitan City has locked the gate to prevent meter-badge victims from entering the Khulla Manch.
After walking for 11 days from Bardibas in Mahottari, the meter badge victims, who were staying at the Matatirtha temple complex in Kathmandu, learned that they were planning to attend the public forum, and the city police team locked the gate.
The metropolitan has now closed the entrance of Khulla Manch and dispatched city police.
However, the victims claim that the government has provided them with an open platform.
The victims have now left Matatirtha for Khulla Mancha. They will arrive in Khulla Manch after walking for 12 days.
