PM & Speaker met at Baluwatar

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, and Speaker Devraj Ghimire met.

Speaker Ghimire reached in Baluwatar early in the morning to meet with the Prime Minister.

The meeting is said to have included a discussion about improving the House’s functioning.

Speaker Ghimire stepped up the dialogue after ruling party members expressed their desire to limit the speaker’s authority under House rules.
