NC deciding on candidates & ministers, summons Central Executive Committee

KATHMANDU: The Central Performance Committee of the Nepali Congress has been called to a meeting.

The meeting has been scheduled for tomorrow morning at the party headquarters.

The meeting will go over the selection of ministers and by-election candidates.

Candidates will be selected for the by-elections in Tanahun 1 and Chitwan 2 on April 23, while the meeting will also discuss whether to give candidates in Bara 2 or not.

There will also be a discussion about who will become a minister from the party.

Earlier on Saturday, at the residence of party President Sher Bahadur Deuba, there was a theoretical agreement to go to the Congress government led by deputy chairman Purna Bahadur Khadka.
