Dilli Chaudhary’s claim to be appointed CM of Lumbini submitted

KATHMANDU:  claim has been submitted to the Chief Minister of Lumbini State, requesting that Congress Parliamentary Party leader Dilli Chaudhary be appointed as Chief Minister.

Claims have been filed with the signatures of 53 coalition MPs requesting that Chaudhary be appointed Chief Minister before the Lumbini State Chief Minister.

The coalition parties, who have demanded the appointment of a new Chief Minister with the majority of MPs’ signatures, have also demanded the formation of the government under Article 168 (2) of the Constitution.

According to Congress spokesperson Neupane, Shankar Pokhrel was removed as Chief Minister and Maoist Kul Prasad KC was appointed as Chief Minister under 168-920.
