Jumla observes a public holiday on Sunday

KATHMANDU: The Karnali State government has declared a public holiday in Jumla on Sunday.

In order to honor National Paddy Day, Sunday was granted a public holiday in Jumla, according to Nidhiraj Neupane, spokesperson for the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Law.

He claims that all government and public association institutions in the district have declared a holiday in honor of National Paddy Day, which is observed in Jumla on March 26 Sunday.
