KATHMANDU: The founder’s shares will be offered for sale to the general public by NMB Bank Limited.
The public will purchase 67,607 shares from the bank.
From March 30 to April 6, the bank will sell shares in the names of specific founders.
The cost of each share of this company is 180 rupees. A confidential sealed bid must be submitted within the allotted time by the current founder shareholders and any other interested parties, with a price of the allotted amount or more.
The bid needs to be delivered to the sales manager’s office at NMB Capital Limited in Nag Pokhari, Kathmandu, according to the bank.
One may request as few as 5,000 shares or as many as the entire unit when submitting a bid. On April 7, the bids submitted within the allotted time will also be unveiled at 10 a.m. at NMB Capital’s office.
