One dies in scooter-truck collision
She was seriously injured in the collision and died while receiving treatment at Bharatpur's old medical college.
KATHMANDU: Netri Mahato, 56, of Rapti Municipality-6, was killed on Thursday afternoon when a truck with the Madhesh State number 03-8600 collided with a scooter with the number Na 21 Pa 6938 on the road at Khairhani Municipality-9 Simaltadi Chowk.
She was seriously injured in the collision and died while receiving treatment at Bharatpur’s old medical college.
The truck driver has been arrested, and police are continuing their investigation.
