FNCCI: Leadership selected by round robin, Bhattachan elected as president
After Sobhakant Poudel of Syangja & Amrit claimed leadership, the leadership was chosen through a round robin system.
POKHARA: Amrit Bhattachan has been elected Chair of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry Gandaki. He was elected as chair by the sixth State Assembly.
After Sobhakant Poudel of Syangja & Amrit claimed leadership, the leadership was chosen through a round robin system.
Bhattachan, who is also a central member of the Federation of Nepal Chambers of Commerce and Industry, is the founding president of the Nawalpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Surya Bahadur Bhujel of Kaski was unanimously elected as vice chair (associate) of the 15-member working committee, as was Kedarnath Sharma of Parbat as district city vice chair and Nawaraj Subedi as treasurer.
Nishan Khanal, head of the association informed that the members include Gopi Adhikari, Harikumar Shrestha, Gunaraj Silwal, Kedar Prasad Parajuli, Dayaram Paudel, Ramchandra Regmi, Sita Subedi, Hari Sharma Gayre, Kashi Gurung, Ramkali Khadka, Jhalaklal Shrestha. Among them Sita, Hari, Kashi, Ramkali and Jhalaklal have been nominated.
