FSU Election: Sahadev Kafle elected as President of Janata Multiple Campus
Kafle, who is also the unit president of NSU, has been elected president of the Sunsari campus with the most students.

KATHMANDU: Sahadev Kafle of Nepal Student Union (NSU) has been elected President of Itahari’s Janta Multiple Campus’ Free Student Union (FSU).
Kafle, who is also the unit president of NSU, has been elected president of the Sunsari campus with the most students.
Out of a total of 5,778 voters, 2,224 voted in the election held on Sunday.
The final results of the vote counting, which began on Monday afternoon, were released around 3 a.m. on Tuesday.
According to the final vote totals, Kafle received 1,298 votes. The Samajwadi Student Union backed Kafle.
His closest competitor, ANNFSU’s Ujwal Sigdel, received 682 votes.
Danbir Thapa (Samrat), who ran as an independent candidate, received 285 votes.
Similarly, Aditya Khadka of Aneraswaviyu was elected treasurer. He received 1120 votes, while Bipin Bhattarai received 981.
