National Commercial Bank provides pre-service training to newly appointed employees

KATHMANDU: National Commercial Bank Limited is conducting a fourteen-day pre-service training in Kathmandu from Sunday to 117 newly appointed Assistant Administrative Service employees selected for Koshi and Madhesh States through written examination and interview conducted by Public Service Commission.

The training was inaugurated by the bank’s Chief Executive Officer, Kiran Kumar Shrestha, who stated that this young manpower will be used to increase the organization’s productivity by providing modern quality banking services to the bank’s customers.

He stated that after the recruitment of assistant level employees from other provinces is completed, the old bank will be outfitted with new employees.

Devendraraman Khanal, the bank’s Deputy Chief Executive Officer, made the newly appointed employees aware of the duties to be followed while carrying out their responsibilities at the workplace during the program.

Bhim Prasad Ghimire, Head of Department of Human Resource Department, administered the oath to 117 employees of the newly appointed Assistant Administration Service in accordance with the Bank’s Staff Service Regulations.

Deputy Executive Officers of the bank, Devesh Prasad Lohani, Pawan Regmi, Binayaraman Poudel, Durga Kumari Kandel, Laxmi G.C. as the head of the department were present in the program.
