New record in gold prices, exceeded 101,000 tola

KATHMANDU: Gold reached its all-time high on Sunday.

On this day, the price of Chhapawal gold reached a new high of 11,033 rupees per tola.

The Nepal Gold and Silver Traders Federation reports that the price of gold has risen by 2,933 tolas on this day.

Gold was trading at Rs 107,100 per tola earlier on Friday.

The previous record of Rs 107,500 set on February 2 was broken by the new price on Sunday.

Tejabi gold is currently trading at 109,500 rupees. Silver is currently trading at Rs 1,345 per tola.
