Govt to provide 3 lakh each to Nepali cricket team

KATHMANDU: The Nepali cricket team selected for the World Cup Qualifiers will each receive Rs 3 lakh from the government.
Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ announced on Thursday that the Nepali team that defeated the UAE in the World Cup qualifiers will each receive Rs 3 lakh.
Nepal qualified for the World Cup Qualifier by finishing in the top three of the ICC World Cup League-2.
Nepal has won 11 of their last 12 matches to achieve this success.
