Five staff nurses of Bir Hospital excluded

KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Health and Population has excluded five staff nurses from the COVID-19 Unified Central Hospital, Bir Hospital.

Fifth-level staff nurses Sajhana Shrestha, Sushila Dhakal, Jamuna Sitaula, Shanti Lamsal, and Omdevi Pun were fired because they were absent from work without permission.

They hadn’t been in the office in a long time.

According to the notice issued by the ministry today, they were dismissed from service after being asked to appear at the hospital within 30 days of the journey’s deadline after issuing a notice in the Gorkhapatra.
