KATHMANDU: Excel Development Bank Limited has extended the term of the founding group’s directors.
The company’s 285th meeting of the board of directors, held on March 8, decided to increase their posts.
Although the term of office of the bank’s board of directors has expired, the chairman of the committee, Mahendra Kumar Goyal, Rajan Sharma, and Amit Kumar Agrawal, has been extended until the next annual general meeting in order to maintain regular business operations.
The company has informed NEPSE that the tenure of three founding group directors has been extended.
