UML to nominate Astalaxmi Shakya as Vice President

KATHMANDU: The CPN-UML has decided to run Astalaxmi Shakya for vice president.

The UML secretariat meeting in the morning decided to nominate Shakya for vice president.

Shakya is the vice president of UML and a former chief minister of Bagmati State.

Nominations for the March 17 elections are being accepted today.
