Newly elected President Poudel’s schedule: Reaching Bhattarai Ashram after Pushpalal Park

KATHMANDU: The newly elected President Ram Chandra Poudel is going to participate in various programs today.
Poudel, who was only elected president Thursday, has been taking part in a variety of programs since Friday.
President Poudel paid visits to the Guheshwori and Pashupatinath temples, as well as the BP museum in Sundarijal, yesterday.
According to security sources, he is scheduled to arrive at Pushpalal Park (Champadevi) at 1:30 PM and then at Bhattarai Ashram Badegaon at 2:30 PM.
Poudel, the country’s third president for the fourth time, is set to take the oath of office on Monday.
The presidency of Bidya Devi Bhandari expires tomorrow.
