Filing of nominations will take place at the Lhotse Hall of the Parliament Building in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm today, said Assistant Election Officer Amrita Kumari Sharma.

Just like the President, the Vice President is elected by an electoral college consisting of the members of the Federal Parliament (House of Representatives and the National Assembly) and the State Assembly.
