Prabhu Capital as IPO & Sales Manager of Sarbottam Steel

KATHMANDU: Prabhu Capital Limited has been appointed as the Share Issuance and Sales Manager for the IPO issue by Sarbottam Steel Limited.

Prabhu Capital has been appointed as the issuing and selling manager for the general public issuance of 12.663 percent of the issued capital.

Capital’s Chief Business Officer Basu Thapaliya informed that the agreement was signed by Sarbottam Steel Limited’s Chief Executive Officer Anand Nepal and Prabhu Capital Limited’s Managing Director Dinesh Thakali.

Saurabh Group’s Sarbottam Steel Limited has been producing, selling, and distributing various types of quality rods and billets.
