Presidential Election: Votes count begins (with photos)

KATHMANDU: The presidential election vote counting has begun. Voting began at 10 a.m. today and ended at 3 p.m.

In today’s vote, 831 MPs voted, while 51 members of the federal and state legislatures did not.

According to Assistant Election Officer Amrita Kumari Sharma, 19 members of the federal legislature and 32 members of the state legislature were not present at the polling.
