Gift of Buddha Air on Women’s Day!
According to Buddha Air, 3,500 books of various genres written by female authors have been given to passengers as gifts.

KATHMANDU: Buddha Air has gifted books to passengers on the occasion of International Women’s Day.
On the occasion of the 113th International Women’s Day, the gift was given on Wednesday in collaboration with Shangrila Books and Nepal Republic Media.
According to Buddha Air, 3,500 books of various genres written by female authors have been given to passengers as gifts.
Novels, biographies, autobiographies, poems, and narrative and non-narrative books by 17 women writers were among the books donated.
With the slogan ‘Nepali Mahila: Read even, fly too,’ the book was distributed to passengers traveling from Biratnagar, Janakpur, Nepalgunj, Surkhet, and Dhangadhi, as well as Kathmandu.
This Buddha Air campaign is dedicated to the recognition of female travelers and writers.
On Wednesday, Buddha Air reported 7,250 passengers from various destinations.
Almost half of the passengers were female.
