KATHMANDU: Madhav Kumar Nepal, Chair of the CPN Unified Socialist Party, has expressed gratitude to those who nominated him for the presidency.
He gave a brief response to the media after voting in the presidential election and thanked them.
‘Prime Minister Prachanda and KP Oli have both proposed me for the presidency,’ he said. I’d like to express my gratitude to those who offered me the presidency.’
He also stated that this is not the time to discuss why he does not want to be president.
