Laxmi Capital Market appointed as Shaileshwari Power Nepal’s institutional consultant

KATHMANDU: Shaileswari Power Nepal Pvt Ltd has appointed Laxmi Capital Market Limited as its institutional consultant.

These two companies have signed an agreement to act as institutional consultants.

The agreement was signed by Laxmi Capital’s Chief Executive Officer Rajeev Sapkota and Shaileshwari Power Nepal Pvt Ltd’s Managing Director Jagdish Bahadur Pal.

Lakshmi Capital Market Limited will issue primary shares following the transformation of Shaileswari Power Nepal Public Company.

Upper Gaddigarh hydropower project of 1.55 megawatt capacity under the construction of Shaileshwari Power Nepal Promoter located in Doti District East Chowki Rural Municipality has been completed 70 percent.
