Liverpool crush Man United with historic 7-0 win

KATHMANDU: Liverpool won in the English Premier League.

Liverpool defeated Manchester United 7-0 on Sunday night.

Cody Gakpo, Darwin Nunez and Mohamed Salah scored 2 each in Liverpool’s victory. Roberto Firmino scored as well.

Gakpo scored in the 43rd minute to give Liverpool an early lead at Anfield.

Nunez extended Liverpool’s lead to 2-0 in the 47th minute.

Gakpo tripled the team’s lead in the 50th minute with a personal second goal.

Liverpool led 4-0 when Salah scored in the 66th minute of the game.

Nunez scored his second personal goal in the 75th minute to extend the team’s lead to 5-0.

Salah scored his second personal goal in the 83rd minute to put Liverpool up 6-0.

With this goal, Salah became the Liverpool player with the most Premier League goals. He broke the record of Robbie Fowler by scoring 129 goals.

Firmino then scored in the 88th minute to give Liverpool a 7-0 victory.

Liverpool now has 42 points from 25 games. Liverpool has risen to fifth place.

United is third in the standings with 49 points.
