Prabhu Bank & Century Commercial Bank bonus shares been listed

KATHMANDU: Bonus shares of two companies have been listed in Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).

NEPSE announced on Sunday that the bonus shares of Prabhu Bank and Century Commercial Bank had been listed.

According to NEPSE, Prabhu Bank has 82 lakh 60 thousand 657.71 bonus shares and Century Commercial Bank has 45 lakh 38 thousand 106.87 bonus shares.

The annual general meeting on Dec 29 approved 4.75 percent bonus shares of Century Commercial Bank and 6.50 percent bonus shares of Prabhu Bank.

NEPSE lists the same bonus shares. After the bonus shares are credited to the account, shareholders can buy and sell them.
