Bayern climbs on top, defeats Stuttgart 2-1

KATHMANDU: Bayern Munich won in the German Bundesliga.

Bayern Munich defeated Stuttgart 2-1 on Saturday night. Matthijs de Ligt scored in the 39th minute to give Bayern an early lead. Eric Maxim Moting scored in the 62nd minute to give Bayern a 2-0 lead.

Then, in the 88th minute, Stuttgart’s Juan Pereyra scored, but Bayern won 2-1.

Bayern climbed to the top of the table with the victory. Bayern Munich has 49 points after 23 games.

Stuttgart is ranked 15th with 19 points.
