These states have the possibility of rain & snowfall

KATHMANDU: According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, the country is currently experiencing a general influence of western wind.

As a result, there is a partial change in the country’s hilly areas, including the Sudurpaschim State.

There is a chance of light rain with lightning in the afternoon over the hilly areas of Koshi, Gandaki, and Sudurpaschim states.

There is a chance of light snowfall in a few places in the Koshi and Bagmati states’ high hills and Himalayan areas.

Furthermore, wind may blow in the afternoon in a few Terai locations in Sudurpaschim and Lumbini States.

At night, there is a possibility of light snowfall at one or two places in the high hills and Himalayan areas of Koshi and Gandaki States.
