We will hold a party meeting to discuss whether or not to vote for UML candidate Nemwang: CK Raut

KATHMANDU: Dr C K Raut, chair of the Janamat Party, has stated that a party meeting will be held to decide whether to vote for UML’s presidential candidate Subash Chandra Nemwang.

He said this while speaking to reporters after meeting with a delegation of UML leaders who had come to campaign alongside candidate Nemwang.

‘We have chosen a candidate. We chose individuals who contributed to the creation of the constitution. And they asked for a vote, saying, ‘We have chosen a suitable person for the national consensus; you must vote,’ said President Raut.

The UML leaders are soliciting votes from the party’s top leaders in order to win Nemwang in the March 9 elections.
