Eight-party coalition will now have 10 parties: Madhav Nepal

KATHMANDU: Madhav Kumar Nepal, Chair of the CPN Unified Socialists (S), has stated that additional parties will be added to the eight-party alliance.
He stated that this alliance will consist of ten parties within the next few days.
He stated that as he is the proposer of presidential candidate Ram Chandra Paudel, all of his party’s MPs will vote for Poudel.
He said this while speaking to reporters following the MPs’ orientation program.
He also expressed his belief that if Ram Chandra Poudel is elected President, he will act as a parent rather than an interfering figure.
