Bowling first against UAE, Sandeep included in Nepal’s team

KATHMANDU: Nepali senior team is playing against UAE.

Nepal is set to bowl first against the home team UAE in the UAE triangular series under the ongoing ICC World Cup League Two in the UAE.

Nepal won the toss and choose to bowl first at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium.

In the series’ second match, Nepal will face the UAE. This is the second match in this series for both teams.

Nepal defeated Papua New Guinea in the opening match. Papua New Guinea defeated the United Arab Emirates.

Now Nepal will reach 42 points if they win all the remaining seven matches of League 2. If Nepal wins all the matches, the top three positions will be confirmed. If Nepal wins all the matches and UAE wins the remaining 6 matches, it can only reach 39 points.

Now there is a competition between Nepal, UAE and Namibia to play the World Cup qualifiers. One of these three countries will qualify directly.
