Santosh Kumar Rathi named as Chair of NICLBSL

KATHMANDU: Santosh Kumar Rathi has been named Chairperson of NIC Asia Laghubitta Biitiya Sanstha Limited (NICLBSL).

Rathi was unanimously elected Chair of the company’s board of directors.

Dinesh Mari and Rathi were appointed directors at the board of directors meeting on Monday. Rathi was elected chairman at the same meeting.

Rathi, the NIC Asia Bank’s Deputy Chief Executive Officer, has over 20 years of banking experience.

Previously, directors Kapil Dhakal and Prakash Baral represented the founding group’s founder, NIC Asia Bank.
