We should create a vision for prosperity of Karnali: Bishnu Rijal

SURKHET: CPN UML Central Propaganda Department Deputy Head Bishnu Rijal has said that for the development and prosperity of Karnali, the people of Karnali should create a vision and implement it.

Speaking at a program in Surkhet, Deputy Chief Regional stated that Karnali has always lagged behind in central politics due to the failure to develop high-level leadership from Karnali.

‘No one else can provide a vision for the development and prosperity of Karnali State,’ he said. Someone else will devise an action plan for us, but we will not carry it out. We’ll build it ourselves and implement it ourselves.’

He also stated that while working in connection with the party’s central politics, Karnali should also have a place in the party’s central politics, and that there were many exercises.

Similarly, he said that the development of Karnali will accelerate if there is a common consensus for the development of Karnali.

He said, ‘What can be our common vision for the development of Karnali for the next twenty years? What can we do in the field of roads, water power, education and health? The government is changing in the case of Karnali. We can find an understanding in the development of what we can agree on in order to put things together and move forward with speed whatever comes and not hinder it.”

Similarly, with the change of government, there may be changes in the political priorities of the government. But he said that if it can be classified into two parts, permanent and temporary, and if it can be worked on with common agreement, there will be a significant change in the development of Karnali.
