Real narrowed the points gap with Osasuna

KATHMANDU: Real Madrid easily won the Spanish La Liga.

Real Madrid defeated Osasuna 2-0 on Saturday night. Real Madrid won thanks to goals from Federico Valverde and Marco Asensio.

Federico scored in the 78th minute, giving Real an early lead. Following that, Asensio scored in injury time to give Real a 2-0 victory.

Real Madrid has closed the points gap on top-placed Barcelona. Real is in second place with 51 points after 22 games.

Barcelona has 56 points despite playing one fewer game.

Osasuna is in tenth place with 30 points.
