Adya Shankaracharya Temple to be inaugurated tomorrow

KATHMANDU: Shankaracharya Nischalananda Saraswati of Jagannathpuri-based Govardhan Math would inaugurate the Adya Shankaracharya Temple located in front of the Pashupatinath Temple on Saturday.

The Temple destroyed in the Gorkha earthquake was recently reconstructed at the initiative of Pashupati Area Development Trust.

Dr Ramanananda Swami of Shankaracharya Math told that Shankaracharya Nishchalananda Saraswati would give sermon after the inauguration of the Temple.

Nischalananda Saraswati, who arrived here on Thursday at the invitation of the PADT on the occasion of Maha Shivaratri, had given sermon at the Shankaracharya Math after visiting Pashupati Temple this morning.
