Balaju’s DSP recalled for not being able to control the agitation

KATHMANDU: Rabin Bista, the Balaju police chief, has been recalled for failing to control the clashes and vandalism that occurred during the transport workers’ movement.

DSP Manojit Kunwar has been assigned to that location by Metropolitan Police Office Rani Pokhari.

During the movement of transport workers, 2 police vehicles were set on fire there on Monday evening.

Similarly, business owners claim that vandalism at Lhotse Mall in New Bus Park has caused crores of rupees in damage to mobile shops.
